band with producer Mario Winans
for their debut single,
"Got Me Going" The track was released in
February 2008,
with their self-titled debut album following that March which includes tracks "In
my Bed," and "Since You've Been Gone".
Day 26 and Donnie Klang (The family is together) will be in concert this Saturday Nov 15th, 2008 White Plains, NY to perform at Fall Jam 08! There are gonna be headling with some major players ya”ll. According to the Detroit PRSA Press Release Day26, and Detroit native Robert Curry, will be on hand to Entertain Attendees of The 2008 PRSA International Conference from Oct. 25-28.
The Conference’s Opening Night Reception will be filled with the flavor of Detroit — literally. Attendees will be treated to international cuisine representing the many cultures of Detroit, and Section dinners will be held at Detroit’s finest venues.
Entertainment will be provided by:
– Day26, winners of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ “Making the Band: Season 4″ and
featuring Detroit native Robert Curry
– “COCO,” on-air personality for WJLB’s popular morning show and
Detroit’s most recognizable female comic, who will provide stand-up
comedy; and
– The Sacred Heart Choral Ensemble from Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic
Church in Detroit
On October 15,2008 the day after the live MTB 4 season finale. The guys were spotted at the 3rd Annual Hennessy Artistry Finale Concert ft. Leona Lewis and Ne-Yo in NY at Gotham Hall. The guestlist was poppin, Dawn Richard, Aubrey, Usher, Ludacris, Rodman and more. I have added 2 MQ shots enjoy!

BAO got an appearance alert for you! To help kick off the European tour Day 26 will be doing a radio interview with Steve Sutherland of Galaxy Radio UK on Sept 27, 2008. Hopefully they will get audio interview up and pics..crosses fingers. Here are the details

Day 26 will be appearing at an XM GM/Onstar event in Detroit on 10/26/08. I don’t have the exact details more when available but this has been added to the calendar and will be updated when I get more details.

Day 26 appeared on the red carpet at the mtv video music awards! After guessing whether or not they would be there we got a sneak peek of them. I have added 2 candid photos of them on the red carpet.
Another video of the guys at the Jam 4 Peace Concert back on August 19, 2008! But this one is a VIP video from Big Thumb and has some backstage footage as well and a performance of Come with me. This like my favorite song now Brian’s voice on here is just amazing love his ad-libs.

According to Peagasus New the City of Dallas holding “Hip Hop for HIV”concert September 14 The first Hip Hop for HIV concert will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. Sept. 14 on the steps of Dallas City Hall, 1500 Marilla St.The concert will feature international, national and local Hip Hop artists such as David Banner, Mike Jones, Bun B, Day 26, Pleasure P, Young Berg, Trap Star and more. The artists will emphasize the importance of knowing your status and encourage education and prevention.
Well MTV has confirmed that Danity Kane will be appearing on the red carpet to attend the MTV Video Music Awards on Sept 7th and LaurieAnn will also be there but what about Day26? Well According to the MTV Buzzworthy Blog they may or may not be appearing so right now it’s up in the air. Check this:
“So, to recap: Sunday, September 7th, 2008, MTV Video Music Awards: Danity Kane (i.e. Aubrey, Aundrea, D. Woods, Dawn and Shannon) will be there! Laurie Ann Gibson will be there! Day 26 may or may not be there! And, most importantly, you will be there — if only in the metaphorical watching-it-on-tv-instead-of-doing-your-homework sense.”
So I guess we are gonna have to watch the whole show to find out.
V100.7 held a Jam 4 Peace concert on August 19, 2008 in Wisconsin and Day26 was one of the groups that performed. I added about 20 photos to the galleries.
DK and Day26 had a Making The Band 4 Premiere Party on 8.19.08 at Guest House in NY on Tuesday. I got a few MQ photos of Brian and the guys up. I like his shirt!
